1. Products

Mama's Manual sells digital recipe products in PDF format ("Products"). Products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the purchaser and their household.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. Payment is processed at checkout via the available payment methods. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include applicable taxes.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically. Immediately after successful payment, you receive an email containing a secure download link. Please check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within 10 minutes. If you cannot access your download, contact hello@mamasmanual.com

4. License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your personal household use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, copy, or republish the Product, in whole or in part.

6. Disclaimer — Recipes & Health

All recipes are suggestions. Allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions and medical conditions are the responsibility of the purchaser. Mama's Manual is not liable for any health, dietary or other outcome resulting from preparing or consuming meals based on our content.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of the buyer's country of residence.
